Flash sighs, and sits up, checking her phone. She shakes her head, and stands up. "I have an interview, yay," She grumbles, and rubs her face, doing some stretches quickly.

Carter got done with his shower, shaved his face, brushed his teeth and changed into his uniform. He sighed and walked out of the bathroom.

Flash sighs, and grabs some clothes, rushing past Carter quickly. She shuts the door behind her, and takes a shower.

Carter picked up Dylan and asked, "Want to go to work with me?"

Dylan laughs, and claps, reaching toward him. Flash finishes, and pulls on her clothes. She puts on some makeup and brushes her teeth and what not. She rushes out, and smiles slightly at the two. She kisses them both, and heads for the door.

Carter watched her leaving, then sighed and put Dylan into his seat thing, packing up a bag to take him to work with him.

"I love you two! I won't be back until after at least 3, am," She calls, and bolts outside.

"At least?" he blinked, finishing the packing of the bag. He sighed and carried Dylan outside, putting him in the truck.

Flash glances back. "I got accepted to get my GED, and attend a college. Their giving me a tour, and letting me stay for a night to decide on if I'm going to stay there, or drive back and forth," She whispers.

Flash smiles, and hugs him tightly, before disappearing.

Carter chuckled and got into the truck, starting it, then driving to work.

Flash pulls up at around 4 A.M. and sighs, climbing out of her car. She walks toward the house, and walks inside, shutting the door behind her.

Carter had gotten home at midnight and had already put Dylan to sleep. Carter himself, was asleep on the bed.

Carter, hearing the water running, opened his eyes and looked toward the bathroom.

Flash brushes her teeth, and sighs, turning off the water. She peels off her shirt, grabbing her pajamas.

Carter got up slowly and walked to the bathroom, looking inside, "Welcome back."

Flash looks at Carter tiredly. "Thanks," She whispers, and pulls on her pajamas.

Flash squeaks, and looks up at him, putting her arms on his shoulders.

Carter watched her and asked, "So, how'd it go?"

"They like me. But they said I couldn't go until next year. Since the school year has already started, and they don't want me to struggle to much," Flash whispers, and jumps up, wrapping her legs around him.

Carter put his hands under her legs, supporting her weight, and said, "So you have to wait a whole year?"

Flash nods. "Gives me time to drag out all my old stuff and start studying. I'd rather have to wait, than just jump headlong into it," She whispers, and keeps her arms on his shoulders.
