Morna grabs the clothes quickly, changing. She lays down on the bed, and yelps, putting a hand on her belly.

Josh rushed to her side and moved her hair from her face. "It'll be okay," he said quietly. The nurse smiled and said, "Looks like you're gonna have your little ones tonight." Carter kissed her back, smiling.

Morna grabs Josh's hand tightly, and scrunches up her face. "I don't really care when they come, as long as the pain goes away," She mumbles. Flash leans over him, wrapping a hand around the back of his head lightly.

"You'll forget all the pain once they're born. Do you want the epidural?" Josh watched her silently. Carter felt the stitched pull on his face but he ignored it and started kissing her again.

"Yes, please, yes," Morna growls, and shuts her eyes. Flash kisses him back, shutting her eyes.

The nurse nodded and pulled out the epidural. Josh looked away, hating needles, especially long ones. The nurse instructed, "Sit up and lean over the side of the bed.

The nurse slowly put the needle into her back.

"Almost done," the nurse said quietly, then took the needle out. "That should ease the pain."

Morna takes a deep breath, leaning back. She looks at Josh and squeezes his hand lightly.

"I'm scared, Josh," Morna whispers and yelps loudly.

Morna shivers, shutting her eyes.

Morna keeps her eyes shut, curling around herself.

Morna opens her eyes slightly, watching Josh. "Hey," She whispers groggily.

Morna blushes brightly and looks away. "It still hurts," She whispers.

Josh took her hand and nodded. "Did you get to see them?" he asked. He had been waiting outside the door.
