A nurse walked over and sighed, checking one of the girls' temperatures. They stayed silent. Carter sat down next to Flash and asked, "Are you okay?"

Flash shrugs, keeping her eyes on her hands. "Yeah," She whispers.

"I'm sorry I used you," he said quietly. The nurse took Flash's hand, looking at it.

"It's fine. I may have been raised wrong, but I know what's right, you were trying to catch a known crime boss, and you had to do what you had to do," She whispers.

"So, no hard feelings?" he asked hopefully. The nurse took a wet pad to Flash's hand, cleaning it.

Flash winces, but nods. "No hard feelings," She whispers.

The nurse wrapped Flash's hand and went to the third girl, checking her over to make sure she was alright. "So, if they're done with you here, want to go get a burger or something?" he offered.

"Sure, why not," Flash smiles.

Carter looked at the nurse, "Is she done here?" The nurse shrugged, "She can be if you pay for it." "The station is paying for all of them," he said quickly, standing up. "Then I guess she's done."

Flash stands up, and looks at him. "You didn't need to take me here. I could have done this myself with disinfectant and an ace bandage," She whispers.

Carter shrugged, "Better to be safe than sorry."

Flash smirks, and then frowns. "I really am sorry," She whispers.

"I know. You don't have to keep apologizing," Carter started walking toward the doors, watching Flash.

Flash appears ahead of him, and walks backward. "Your like some creepy stalker, always watching me," She teases.

Flash smiles, and shakes her head. "No. I don't think you are," She replies.

"Yeah, since I had one of those live downstairs from me. He even tried to kidnap me," She replies, and rubs her leg. "I have a mark from it, but, that's 3rd date stuff," She smiles.

Flash shrugs, and rolls her eyes. "Jeez Carter. Possessive much," She teases. "I don't know who he was. Just some random everyday creep. Asked to help with my car, and then, dragged me into the alley by the apartments," She adds, and stretches.

Flash sighs, and touches his shoulder lightly. "It's fine, Carter. Okay?" She whispers. "I almost never ask for help. I have issues with that stuff. Just, calm down," She adds.

"It's my job to get those every day creeps off the street, Flash," Carter replied calmly.

Flash sighs. "Carter, when someone messes with me, they learn their lesson. Trust me, he won't do it again," She whispers, and looks at her bandaged hand. "I didn't know an electric fence could hurt so much," She adds, and smiles crookedly.
