Flash nods, considering. "We should make a list," She whispers and puts his arm around her.

"I suppose I'll have a few projects to work on around the house."

Flash smiles. "And the first one is making one of the extra rooms into a new room for Dylan," She whispers, smuggling into his side.

Flash smiles and shuts her eyes. "I love you, Carter," She whispers.

Macy was trying to ignore them, working on sewing the sweater. Carter got up slowly and sat down with Dylan. "You need to start walking," he said quietly, holding out his hand to Dylan.

Flash watches. Dylan gets up slowly, swaying, and wobbles his way to Carter. Flash laughs and smiles at Dylan. "And his first steps are taken," She giggles and gets off the couch.

Carter grinned widely and took Dylan's hands, carefully making him clap to get him excited. "Great job buddy!" He laughed.

Dylan smiles and flaps on his own.

Carter was grinning widely on one side of his face, while the other side twitched a little before allowing itself to grin partially. He clapped his own hands, then tickled Dylan's sides and said to Flash, "We may need to get baby locks in the kitchen, now."

Carter smiled and kissed Flash quickly. Macy had seen, and cleared her throat, looking away again.

Carter glanced at Macy, not really caring what his mom thought about it. Macy was looking down at the fabrics in her hands and lap, sewing together the sweater as she politely ignored the two of them now.

Flash leans against Carter and shuts her eyes. "That's kind of embarrassing," She whispers.

Flash shakes her head. "No, your mom watching," She mumbles and puts her hand on his chest.

Flash smiles and leans into him quickly. "I'm supposed to go to the hospital in a few days to make sure the baby's healthy and all," She whispers.

Flash shakes her head. "I want you to be there. I mean it is your child," She whispers.
