Crystal walked out of the building, picking up her phone and seeing who was calling. Recognizing Ama's number, Crystal gripped her phone hard, answering it nervously. "H-Hello?"

"Crystal. Can you come to the hospital, please? Like, as soon as possible." Ama's voice was quiet.

Crystal hung up, chewing on her bottom lip nervously as she hurried toward the hospital.

As they pulled up to the animal shelter, Rave snapped back into reality and looked around.

Leo parks and looks at her. "Are you sure your ready," He asks.

Rave nodded and opened the door. "I'm just gonna walk home when I'm done. I told Dodge I'd mow the lawn and stuff for him today while he's working."

Leo nods, and watches her. "Oh, and Rave, please don't do more than you can handle," He begs.

She went inside and talked with her boss. She hadn't lost the job. Rave got off work early the afternoon and walked home.

Rave walked into the office at 8:55, and smiled to her co-worker, "Good morning, Erin." Erin smiled and said, "We've got a new co-worker. She comes in for her first day today. Her names' Crystal." "I know. She's my friend. And, its her birthday today. I'm going to fill her house with balloons and send her on a treasure hunt for her gifts.""That's cool. Maybe I'll go get some cupcakes on my break and we can sing to her. Erin suggested, smiling. "That'd be awesome," Rave giggled, sitting down.
