Kvothe narrowed his eyes, spotting Crystal. His tail flicked and he ducked further down behind some bushes, watching.

Crystal's ears flicked as she looked around, walking toward a small stream and drinking the water silently.

Kvothe rushed up behind Crystal quickly and grabbed her by the back of her neck, pushing her down. His eyes were glowing white.

Crystal yelped loudly, looking at him with wide eyes. "What are you doing!?"

Kvothe snarled and pinned her down, "Don't move." He bit hold of the back of her neck and started dragging her, not letting her stand up.

Crystal's ears pinned to the back of her head, her eyes wide in confusion and fear. She followed without a fight, because if she tugged away, it hurt.

Kvothe pulled her down into a small pit in the ground that was surrounded and partially covered in the thick underbrush of the forest. He pinned her down, not letting her move. After a couple minutes, Kvothe let go of Crystal and stepped away.

Crystal stood up quickly, her tail between her legs. She looked at him in disbelief and horror before running away quickly.

Morna walks through the forest and presses her nose to the ground, sniffing for someone. "I can't find them. That means no one here knows me," She whispers frantically, and twitches her ears, ducking into the bushes.

Buddy walks to his old den and sits down tiredly. Ever since he arrived with his family to help his birth family and the Freeforms with the battle he was working. This was the first time he had to rest.

Diane walks up behind Buddy, and licks his ear.

Buddy sighs and smiles. "Where are the kids?" he asks.

"Back at home," Diane whispers, and wags her tail.

"I guess I can see that. Thats why I moved there was because they dont want to leave." he nuzzles her.

Diane smiles, and licks his jaw. "Yep," She whisper.

"We can head back tomoroow after I rest. I aslo want to check On Saph before we go. Shes having pups."

Diane nods. "We can leave when your ready," She whispers, and nudges him lightly.

Daine shakes her head. "No. I don't want to take a chance," She whispers.

Buddy looks at her confused for a moment but shrugs it off laying his head on his paws tiredly.

Daine lays down beside him, and puts her head on his shoulders. "I love you, Buddy," She mumbles, closing her eyes. She curls around her tail lightly, and yawns.

Buddy wakes up the next day and yawns. He looked around confused for a moment then remembered why he was in his old den. He looks at Daine and smiles. "Wake up." he says quietly and gently pokes her.

Daine stretches, and yawns. "Hmm," She whispers, and glances at her growing stomach.

"It's morning. We should head back now so we can get home by late sun high." he suggests.
