Ray perked his ears at the words, "Flattened? That would be so cool! Then I could turn sideways and you wouldn't be able to see me!" Riley rolled her eyes, "You would be dead if you were flattened. duh!" Ray looked at her and mumbled, "It would still be cool.."

I smile and sniff the air. "I think the heard went this way./' I say to raory as i point with my nose.

"Be careful." I warn the pups before following Roary. The scent grows stronger as we follow it and not too long i spot the herd.

Roary flicked his ears and walked silently towards the herd.

I scan the herd for an easy target sense it was just the two of us. I spot a small one a little ways away from the herd and motion to Roary.

Roary nodded to show he had understood. He slowly stalked towards the elk from behind.

I wait a little ways off in the path of the elk and stay hidden until I can make my move. I wait for Roary's signal.

Roary stopped and crouched down to be hidden in the grass. He flicked his ears and looked at Skysong with a slight nod to signal her.

i give a slight growl and the elk lifts its head sharply and glances in my direction i lift myself from my hiding spot slowly. It stares at me and flairs its nonstrals as it picks up my scent. i snarl louder and lung at it making it run straight for you.

Roary lunged at the elk as it came towards him. He sunk his teeth in to it's flesh to weaken it.

i run under its legs being careful not to get kicked and snap at its front legs felling it. I then run over and bite its neck

Roary leaped away as soon as it fell. He waited for Skysong to end it's life.

i slowly take its life but then my eyes fog up and i have a vision. the vision shocks me and i release the elks neck and it gets up and limps off toward the herd.

Roary watched Skysong and walked towards her. "Something wrong?" he asked, his expression blank as the elk went to its herd.

i smile and lick your muzzle in thankfulness. "What should we do now? I doubt we can catch an elk now that the herd knows we are here."

Roary thought for a few seconds untill replying. "I need to patrol around the territory, to see if Nightmare's up to something maybe we should do that now."

I nod my agreement. "Good idea. I don't trust him. Especially after he killed and turned Blue." I growl a bit at the memory.
