Crystal sat down in one of the chairs and looked at Kristi. "I'm 15."

Kristi eyed Santanta suspiciously, "And are you two... Together? Or just friends?" The little girl came up to Santanta and grabbed him by the neck. She was about 3 years old and said in her partially slurred words. "Big bear!" She pulled on his hair, laughing. Santanta winced when his little cousin pulling on his hair, then said, "The first one." Kristi looked at them oddly, "That's weird."

Crystal glanced at Kristi. "How is that weird? I'm turning 16 in about a week." Then she looked at the little girl and smiled.

"Because he's 18, and you're 15. That's just weird." She said simply.

The little girl let go of Santanta's hair and climbed up on his lap, pulling at his nose. "Errr," she grumbled.

Crystal giggled and said to Santanta, "You have a pretty big family. Well, compared to mine at least."

Santanta nodded, "I don't know them all though." She smacked him in the forehead, giggling. Santanta let go of Crystal's hand and started tickling the little girl. The small boy ran up to Crystal and poked her shoulder, "What's your name?" The 3 year old started laughing loudly.

"I'm Alec. Do you like dinosaurs?" The little girl started smacking at him to stop tickling her, and he did. She giggled and pulled his hair again before hopping off his lap and running over to the dogs. Kristi looked at her phone and started texting. Ama walked outside and over to her aunt and uncle.

Alec slumped over slightly, "Aw man!" "Alec, Dinosaur's are extinct." "No they aren't! They're just hiding." He sat down on the grass, plucking pieces of grass out as one of the puppies ran up to him and started nipping at his face and he tried to block it. Santanta looked at Crystal, smiling. Julia, placing a stack of paper plates on the table, asked Crystal, "So, Crystal, you go to school?"

Julia looked confused for a minute, then asked, "So you dropped out?"

Crystal looked at the ground awkwardly, in an almost shameful way. "Yeah..."

Julia nodded with a kind smile, "Don't feel bad about it. Almost everyone in our family has had to drop out as well. Including my boy." She flicked Santanta on the nose. He looked at her oddly, "Your boy? I think not." "I may be only related to you by marriage to your uncle, but your still my boy." "Whatever you say." The little girl picked a dandelion from the ground and carried it over to Santanta.

Santanta looked at Crystal and said sarcastically, "Thanks." The dandelion fell out of her hands and a boy dog, Luke, picked it up and took off running. The girl chased him, "Bad puppy!" "The food is almost done," Julia said simply as she walked back over to Eric and talked to him quietly. Ama walked over to the table with the salad and put it down, sitting down in one of the seats.

Ama lay her head down on the table and asked Santanta, "How are your shoulders?" "They're the same." "What about the bandages? You're soaked, so I'm assuming those are wet too? Have you changed them?" "No." Ama got up, "Alright, then come with me." Santanta just sat where he was, "Ama, I'm fine." Eric turned to Santanta and said in a serious tone, "Get up and go in that house now and let your sister help you." Santanta looked at his uncle, partially surprised. Eric walked over and grabbed him by the back of the shirt, pulling him up, and pushing him toward the door, "Don't make me tell you again." Santanta pushed his hand off his back quickly, fixing his shirt from how it had twisted around him when his uncle grabbed him, then went inside with Ama.

Crystal looked at Kristi oddly. "And, why do you need to know?" Talking about her dropping out was a touchy subject for her.
