Crystal looked down at the floor, thinking. She was really confused.

Santanta took another bite of the taco, then looked at it oddly. "This is really gross," he dropped it in the trash. Looking up at the opening in the roof that led to the top room, he asked, "Ama, what kind of pizza do you want?" "Peperoni!" Santanta looked at Crystal, "You want some pizza?"

Crystal shook her head, sighed, then looked back up at him. "No thanks."

Santanta shrugged and got on his phone, calling to order pizza. Rave walked up to the door quickly and knocked.

Crystal shrugged and opened the door, seeing Rave. "Hi." She said simply.

Rave stepped back, a little surprised, "Wasn't expecting to see you... Sorry, anyways. Where are the puppies?" Santanta was talking on the phone. He heard Rave and walked toward the door, waving for her to leave. "Santanta! Where are the puppies!?" Santanta finally hung up and said, "You don't need to see them every two seconds. Go away." "Where are they? In the backyard?"

Crystal perked up. "OH MY GOSH! I totally forgot that you got puppies! I WANNA SEE THEM!" She says loudly, looking excited.

Rave walked into the house, "I want to see my babies." Santanta tried to step in the way from the back door, "Rave, you already saw them today. Go away." She pushed him aside, saying, "You sound like an obsessive controlling mother. Move." She opened the back door, walking into the backyard.

Crystal followed Rave eagerly, ignoring Santanta. "Where are they!?"

"Luke! Tasha!" Rave called out for the two rottweiler puppies. They came racing out from the side of the house and started jumping at her legs, nipping at her shirt. Santanta sighed with defeat and watched.

"I know!" Rave agreed, then picked up the little female pup, Tasha. "Tasha is the sweet one. But luke is a little devil. He tears up everything and bites a lot." "He only bites you a lot." Rave ignored Santanta.

Crystal smiled, but she just stood there. She didn't really know what to do, because she hadn't been around dogs that much in her life.

Rave walked over to Crystal, "Wanna hold her?" Luke was spinning in circles around Rave as she offered the pup toward Crystal, the puppy wagging her tail wildly.

Crystal blinked and reached out to Tasha cautiously, then took her and held her. The puppy licked Crystal chin and Crystal couldn't help but smile.

Rave smiled, "See?" She knelt down by Luke and started rubbing his back, but he snapped at her hand and she pulled away quickly, scowling. "Luke." Santanta said sharply and the pups' ears folded back on his head as his tail went between his legs and he scampered off quickly. "You scare him." "At least he'll listen to me."

Crystal frowned at Santanta. "How could you be mean to a face like this?" she heald out Tasha towards him, Tasha's tongue sticking out of the side of her mouth and her little stumpy tail wagging quickly.

"That face costs me a lot of money to keep it eating." "I bought their last bag of food, so hush. I'd take them from you if Dodge would let me keep them, but he won't." Santanta shrugged, "They still cost me money that I could be using for other things."

Crystal raised an eyebrow as she set Tasha down, and watched her scamper off after Luke. "So, you don't even care about them?"

"I care about them, I just don't sit outside all day like Rave, getting scratched up and slobbered on."

Rave walked over to where the puppies were laying in the grass and sat down in front of them, petting them.
