Santanta got up, "It's not that cold. It's the middle of summer. If it was winter then young should be complaining." Santanta grinned as he held back his want to laugh.

Crystal shook as much water off as she could. "I don't like cold water, but I LOVE snow!" She smiled. "I like to hunt more when there's snow too. It's easier when you have white fur." She laid back down and curled tight into a ball, still shivering. "Have you ever been on frozen water before?" She asked.

Santanta shook his head, "I would much rather not ever step on frozen water again." He thought about it then said, "If there is anything that I am really scared of, It would have to be drowning."

"If there's anything I'm really scared of, that's bears and fire." Crystal thought for a second, then added, "And um... Everything else." Crystal laid back down on her back and stared up at the sunset, and the orange and pink sky.

Santanta shrugged, "You really are scared of a lot of things." He sat down and said, "Santanta isn't my real name."

Crystal perked her ears and sat up. "What? Then why has everyone been calling you Santanta?"

Santanta sighed and explained, "Before my dad died, he called me Santanta. It means 'White Bear'. Ever sense, everyone has called me Santanta." He paused then continued, "My real name is Silver."

Crystal smiled. "I like the name Silver." Crystal grinned as she teased, "You would probably pull off as a bear." She thought for a moment, then asked. "So, what do I call you now? Silver or Santanta?"

Crystal giggled. "How about when no one else is around, I'll call you Silver." She smiled. "So, Silver, why would it be awkward?"

Santanta shrugged, "Just the way people react from it. Then they always call me Silver, then the next second they call me Santanta and it just gets kinda confusing." He walked over next to Crystal and sat by her.

Crystal looked down at her paws. "At least someone actually calls you a real name. When I was a pup, my nickname was Deer Turd." She said, frowning slightly. "To my sister that was the reason she got up in the morning. Just to call me Deer Turd."

Santanta lifted a brow, "So in your sisters mind, your nothing but a piece of crap that came from a deer?" He shook his head, "Don't listen to things like that." He shrugged and mumbled, "If only you had met those annoying pop twins."

Santanta replied dumbly, "Poppy and Popper." He then continued, "A long time ago, they tried to get me to play a game with them. So, I tricked them and then their family tried to kill me." He then said confidently while exaggerating, "But I'm too good at fighting for them. They couldn't even lay a paw on me!"

(Lol and they knocked him out in the story.)

Crystal smiled and rolled her eyes a little. "I bet." A voice laughed from the shadows. "Poppy and Popper? What kind of names are those?" Crystal's ears lowered in disappointment. She turned to face her sister. "Sky? What are you doing here?" "Ah, the usual. Just checkin on the Deer Turd." Sky laughed and ran over to give Crystal a noogie. Crystal growled at Sky and pushed her away. "Just leave me alone." Crystal growled. Sky raised an eyebrow. "Oh, I see. You want me to leave so you can flirt with your boyfriend." "Shut up!" Crystal growled.

Santanta turned to face the wolf then let out a low, deep growl, "She told you to leave her alone."

Sky smirked at Santanta. "Whatever. Like I'd wanna hang around this dump anyways." She walked through the small pond, and once she was on the other side she kicked up the mud at Crystal. Crystal yelped as a hunk hit her right in the face. Mud had gotten in her eyes, but she didn't want to say it out loud while her sister was around. Sky laughed and disappeared in the trees. When Crystal was sure Sky was gone, she shook off the mud from her face and rubbed her eyes. "She got mud in my eyes!" Crystal mumbled.

Crystal wanted to argue about the water being cold, but instead she did as she was told. Dipping her head underwater, she blinked several times until she couldn't feel anything. She shook the water off her head and sat down. The sides of her eyes were a little red from the dirt rubbing on them. "And you think your sister is annoying." She mumbles.

Santanta's ears flick back, "Well..." He didn't want to mention how he almost killed his sister, so he just agreed, "Yea. I see what you mean."
